Written on Admitted, A- rated paper, this program is ideal for artisan/trade contractors working on new custom homes, remodel/room additions or service and repair. Classes acceptable include drywall, tile & stone, drywall, masonry and much more. $1,000 Minimum Premium. Coverage is a traditional occurrence form policy. No structural work allowed. Max subcontractor percentage is 40%.
